readme_images.mpr    Readme file for MIRAGE (MILAGRO) Microwave Profiling Radiometer (MPR) images

There are 9 MPR image files for each day, of the format mpr_YYYYMMDD_ttt.ccc where:

mpr  	-> Instrument ID
YYYY    -> 4-digit year
JJJ  	-> Julian day
HHMM 	-> time (UTC)
ttt  	-> image description
ccc  	-> file extension  -> png: profiles ps: Postscript

A description of each of the files is given below

ttt description:

1) T03:  0-3 km daily time-height countour plot of temperature (K)
2) T10:  0-10 km daily time-height countour plot of temperature (K)
3) V03:  0-3 km daily time-height countour plot of water vapor (g m-3)
4) V10:  0-10 km daily time-height countour plot of water vapor (g m-3)
5) R03:  0-3 km daily time-height countour plot of Relative Humidity (%)
6) R10:  0-10 km daily time-height countour plot of Relative Humidity (%)
7) L03:  0-3 km daily time-height countour plot of Liquid Water (g m-3)
8) L10:  0-10 km daily time-height countour plot of Liquid Water (g m-3)
9) SFC:  daily time-series plot of a) 1.5 m Temperature (C) and RH (%), b) 1.5 m Pressure (mb),
         c) sky temperature (K) (cloud base temp if present), d) vertically integrated
         water vapor (cm) and e) vertically integrated liquid (cm)
