2.0  General Description


This data set consists of water vapor profiles generated by a microwave
radiometer located at Custer, South Dakota for the Upper Missouri River 
Basin Pilot Project (UMRBPP).  The data collection took place from 31 
March to 10 May 1999.  Water vapor profiles were measured every 30 minutes.
