Spain High Resolution Radiosonde Data Data Set Contact Scot Loehrer NCAR/EOL loehrer@ucar.edu 1.0 Data Set Overview This data set contains the high vertical resolution (2-second) radiosonde data from Spain during the Perdigao project. Data are included from four stations in Spain for the period 1 December 2016 to 7 July 2017 (there is a gap in the data from 10-28 December 2016). The stations typically released soundings at 00 and or 12 UTC. These data are in BUFR format.

2.0 Instrument Description The stations utilized the Vaisala RS92 radiosondes and the Digicora III sounding system during this period. For instrument specifications see the file RS92SGP-Datasheet-B210358EN-F-LOW.pdf included with this data set.
