HLY-06-01 POSMV and Navigation Data [Grebmeier/LDEO] https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/102.149 Summary This dataset includes files that the POSMV Navigation computer logged onboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy during the 2006 HLY0601 cruise. The data are from various navigation devices and from devices related to the Seabeam system. There are also event files in this dataset that are from various systems. The event files show the start and stop times and various events in the recording and setup history of the device. The individual data files are collected into tar files by day. The following is a list of the devices: adu5 - Ashtech GPS data; ftsgauss - TSG data; ftsgaussraw - Raw TSG data; hulltemp - Hull Temp data; posatt - POSMV Attitude data; posnav - POSMV GPS data; posreform2sb - Reformatted POSMV data for Seabeam; sbsv - Seabeam surface sound velocity data This cruise was not a Bering Sea Ecosystem Study-Bering Sea Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (BEST-BSIERP) cruise, but the data are included here for historical purposes. BEST-BSIERP together are the Bering Sea project.
