These data are available to be used subject to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research ("UCAR") terms and conditions.
This dataset contains measurements of soil nutrient and microbial parameters in tundra soils from the Toolik Field Station through 2008/2009. Soil samples were taken to bracket the winter-to-summer and the summer-to-winter transitions, and then to ensure that at least one full winter was covered. Soil cores were taken and analyzed for inorganic N, extractable organic C and N, and microbial biomass C and N.
