MIPS/MISS Electric Field Mill Data

Summary
This data set contains electric field mill data collected coincident with
either the University of Alabama-Huntsville MIPS profiling system or the
National Center for Atmospheric Research MISS profiling system during the
PLOWS field seasons. Data are available from the MISS site for IOP7, 8, 14 and
19 and from the MIPS site for IOP7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 17, 18, 19 and 21. The data
were provided by the University of Alabama-Huntsville. Data from both sites
are in a single column ASCII data format.
