Digital Camera mpeg4 Movies [EOL/RAF]
Summary
During ADELE/SPRITE/HEFT09, the GV_N677F flew three digital cameras for in-flight video capture: forward, left, and right facing. Individual photo jpeg images were captured once per second during flights. Images taken after dark were stripped and the remaining images were combined with a select set of data parameters from the flight level data into a video stream running at 15 frames/s, 1500 k bps data rate using the MPEG-4/h.264 (AKA "MPEG-4 Part 10" and "AVC") codec.Flight RF02, 3, 5, and 9 were night flights, so all images were dark
