These data are available to be used subject to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research ("UCAR") terms and conditions.
These data represent 1m vertically binned values of temperature and salinity for each downcast of the Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (CTD) profiler. This time series was measured during the SHEBA ice station field program by co-PI's Stanton, Martinson, Morison and McPhee. An automated CTD winch repeatedly lowered a dual sensor Sea Bird 911+ CTD from the ice depth to 150m with approximately a 10 minute cycle time. The data are in ASCII format.
