FIRE: CLASS Soundings https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/163.008 Summary This sounding data is from the First ISCCP Regional Experiment (FIRE). NCAR's Cross Chain Loran Atmospheric Sounding System (CLASS) rawinsonde data consist of vertical profiles of pressure, temperature, relative humidity and wind speed/direction from three stations. Data from each CLASS station is in raw ascii format Data is ordered by station plus the mobile CLASS. Data have three versions of a given sounding: an "x" version that includes 10-second intervals, in"i" version with data interpolated to every 5mb level, and an "m" version with 1-sec raw data with data flags collected during the sonde ascent.
