Skin Temperature Composite https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/19.010 Summary The GCIP/NESOB-96 Surface: Skin Temperature Composite dataset is composed of 30 minute observations of skin temperaturesderived from 3 sources. These are: Department of Energy (DOE) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Solar and Infrared Radiation Observing System (SIROS) 10M and 25M, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration NOAA/Atmospheric Turbulence and Diffusion Division (ATDD) long term flux monitoring site located in the Little Washita Watershed. These data were not quality controlled by the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/Joint Office for Science Support (UCAR/JOSS). Standard deviations are included.
