Summary
This data set consists of the hourly and special METAR surface observations
from 39 sites within the UMRBPP region. The data were retrieved from the
Pennsylvania State University for the UMRBPP period (5 April to 5 May 1999.
The data are in METAR format. Please see the README file for more information.
