North Alabama Lightning Mapping Array (NALMA) Data https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/353.078 Summary This dataset contains total lightning measurements from the North Alabama Lightning Mapping Array collected from 15 May to 15 June 2012 as part of the Deep Convective Clouds & Chemistry (DC3) Project. These data are available in tar files by day which contain data files in both asci and netcdf formats. Included are: raw VHF source information from the LMA that has been reprocessed and quality controlled, lightning flash output from a flash clustering algorithm that combines VHF source information into flashes using space and time criteria, and a gridded flash product using lmatools.
