These data are available to be used subject to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research ("UCAR") terms and conditions.
This data set contains Colorado Lightning Mapping Array (LMA) data taken during the Deep Convective Clouds and Chemistry Experiment (DC3) from 1 May 2012 through 30 June 2012. The data are provided as daily gzipped tar files. WARNING: This is a large dataset. The average filesize is 416 MB. Each order can contain a maximum of 16 GB of data. So roughly half of this data set can be ordered at a time.
