Hobart and William Smith Colleges Mobile Radiosonde Data https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/382.030 Summary The Hobart and William Smith (HWS) Colleges operated a mobile radiosonde system during lake-effect systems on Lake Ontario. HWS operations were focused along the south shore of Lake Ontario and along the Finger Lakes. This data set contains the 73 quality controlled, high vertical resolution (1-second) HWS soundings released during the Ontario Winter Lake-effect Systems (OWLeS) field phase (7 December 2013 to 28 January 2014).
