GOES-7 VISSR Cloud Motion Vectors

Summary
Cloud motion vectors are derived from successive pairs of VISSR images by both
manual and automated techniques. This process is performed every 12 hours.
Each vector includes date/time, lat/lon, pressure altitude and cloud motion
wind speed and direction.
