Summary
This data set contains one minute observations of several surface
meteorological and radiation parameters obtained by the Millersville
University WeatherPak 2000 tower located at the PECAN Fixed PISA 3 site in
Ellis, Kansas. The data are in excel files that contain daily plots as well.
