FP2 UMBC Doppler Lidar Horizontal Winds

Summary
This data set contains the horizontal wind profiles calculated from the line
of sight wind observations from the UMBC Leosphere 200S Doppler Lidar that was
located at the PECAN Fixed PISA 2 site in Greensburg, Kansas. The data files
are in NetCDF format.
