These data are available to be used subject to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research ("UCAR") terms and conditions.
NOAA/NSSL operated a high speed motion analyzing system (Kodak Ektapro 1000) with image intensifier which provided video observations of lightning development (1000 frames/sec) in an all sky mode. Also, photography was obtained using a high speed fastax camera (2000 frames/sec). Stereoscopic video photography was taken at two sites in the RTLP area.
