The UF installed and operated a 5 station VHF network in theCape Canaveral area (50 km radius)to measure 3D location of wideband electric fields via Time of Arrival methodology. the system began recording on 9 August 1991. Measurements include time and wideband (80 Hz - 3.5 MHz) electric fields at 20 megasamples per second.
