WE-CAN: Low Rate (LRT - 1 sps) Navigation, State Parameter, and Microphysics Flight-Level Data

Summary

This dataset includes airborne measurements obtained from the NSF/NCAR C-130 aircraft (Tail Number N130AR) during the WE-CAN project. This dataset contains low rate navigation, state parameter, and microphysics flight-level data in netCDF format.

  • 0.2 (2018-11-28)
  • 0.3 (2019-01-03)
  • 1.0 (2019-03-19):

Final dataset contains merged CVI/UHSAS and UV Hygrometer variables.

  • 1.1 (2019-05-17):

Contains updated blank out periods for variables RSTT, RSTB, and RSTB1, as well as additional variables for aircraft altitude above the ground (ALTG_SRTM) and terrain elevation (SFC_SRTM). The CVI variables reflect updates to missing value handling and filtering of times with low flow rates.
