NCDC Summary of the Day COOP Dataset https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/55.001 Summary This dataset contains the Continental-scale International Project (GCIP) Large Scale Area-North West (LSA-NW) National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) Summary of the Day Co-operative (COOP) data for the Enhanced Annual Observing Period - 1999 (EAOP-99) domain. The observations in this dataset are primarily those from the cooperative network, augmented by observations from principal observing stations operated by the NWS and other sites having highly trained observers. Quality Control for this data was provided by NCDC. No additional QC was performed by JOSS on this dataset.
