Summary
This data set contains global lightning location data from the World Wide
Lightning Location Network (WWLLN) for the RELAMPAGO time period. The data are
in a comma-delimited ASCII format in daily gzipped tar files. These data were
provided by Dr. Robert Holzworth at the University of Washington. These data
were collected in real time and have not had any additional processing or
quality control applied.
