Lodwar, Kenya High Resolution BUFR Radiosonde Data https://data.eol.ucar.edu/dataset/572.011 Summary This data set contains temperature, moisture, and wind profiles from the Modem GPSonde M10 radiosonde system operated by the Kenya Meteorology Department in Lodwar, Kenya during the HIGH impact Weather LAke SYstem (HIGHWAY) Project data collection period. A total of 108 2-second vertical resolution soundings are included in the data set. The data are in BUFR (Binary Universal Form for data Representation) format. Lodwar soundings started GTS transmission on 17 October 2019. Twice daily releases (00 and 12 UTC) through 8 November. There was then a short period of daily releases at 00 UTC until 19 November 2019. Then there was a gap until data were transmitted again starting at 12 UTC on 9 February 2020 and daily 12 UTC releases continued through 23 February 2020. No soundings were transmitted from 24 February 2020 to the end of the HIGHWAY period on 29 February 2020.
