Microwave Temperature Profiler (MTP) Data

Summary
The MTP data set consists of two file types. File names of the form
MPyyyymmdd.NGV contain vertical temperature profile data. Files named
TCyyyymmdd.PNG contain quick-look images showing temperature curtain plots for
each flight.
