DYCOMS-II: NOO Oceanographic Features Analysis Imagery

Summary

The NOO Oceanographic Features Analysis Imagery (GIF) is one of several surface products collected as part of the Dynamics and Chemistry of Marine Stratocumulus PhaseII: Entrainment Studies (DYCOMS-II) project field catalogoperated by the National Center For Atmospheric Research/Earth Observing Laboratory (NCAR/EOL: http://catalog.eol.ucar.edu/dycoms). The images are produced by the Naval Oceanographic Office (NOO) every few days and include sea surface temperatures and eddy locations. The products cover the period from 30 June-28 July 2001 and cover the region from about 25-40 N and 115-132 W. The products were acquired from the NOO. All images are in GIF format.
