Summary
The NOO Oceanographic Features Analysis Imagery (GIF) is one of several
surface products collected as part of the Dynamics and Chemistry of Marine
Stratocumulus PhaseII: Entrainment Studies (DYCOMS-II) project field
catalogoperated by the National Center For Atmospheric Research/Earth
Observing Laboratory (NCAR/EOL: http://catalog.eol.ucar.edu/dycoms). The
images are produced by the Naval Oceanographic Office (NOO) every few days and
include sea surface temperatures and eddy locations. The products cover the
period from 30 June-28 July 2001 and cover the region from about 25-40 N and
115-132 W. The products were acquired from the NOO. All images are in GIF
format.
