RICO: NCAR/NSF C-130 Drexel University Sulfur Dioxide and Dimethyl Sulfide data

Summary

This data set contains the SO2 and DMS chemistry data from the C-130 aircraft during the RICO project. The data are all 1 second integration of 25 samples per second., with each flight's data in both NetCDF and ASCII file formats. The filenames are in the form: RICO_yyyymmdd_DMS/SO2-LRT-RFff.txt/nc where yyyymmdd is the flight date, the data is either DMS or SO2, RFff is the flight number (01to 19 inclusive), and the file is either netCDF or ASCII format. The values are parts-per-trillion by volume, with -32767 as the missing value.

Also included is a netcdf file for the circle statistics that Bjorn Stevens requested at the data workshop in January 2006.
