TI3GER: Low Rate (LRT - 1 sps) Navigation, State Parameter, and Microphysics Flight-Level Data

Summary

This dataset includes airborne measurements obtained from the NSF/NCAR HIAPER GV aircraft (Tail Number N677F) during the TI3GER project. Files contain low rate navigation, state parameter, and microphysics flight-level data in netCDF format.

    Data has undergone QA/QC. Many housekeeping variables previously included in preliminary versions have been removed. The size-distribution (both raw data and concentrations) from aerosol and cloud probes reflect a removal of the zeroth bin, and as such, any data ingestion programs should be adjusted to accommodate this structure of histogram data. Furthermore, any analysis software used from RAF, to include ncpp or aeros, should be done using the latest version of the software.
