Manitou 2014 Alkene Fluxes This data set represents light alkene fluxes taken from the Manitou Experimental Forest Observatory tower during summer of 2014. The fluxes were measured using the relaxed eddy accumulation (REA) technique with organic quantification performed by GC-FID. Gaps in alkene REA fluxes were filled using a artificial neural network appproach, gap filled time series are labeled (GF_compound name). Also included are CO2 mixing ratio, CO2 flux (eddy covariance), H2O mixing ratio, H2O flux (eddy covariance), sensible heat flux (eddy covariance), latent heat flux (eddy covariance), benzene mixing ratio (GC-FID), isoprene flux (REA) and isoprene concentrations (GC-FID), and other meteorological variables.
