DATA SET OVERVIEW:
Eddy covariance measurements were made at the Forest site and measured net exchanges of water, carbon and energy from the canopy. Mini lysimeters were deployed through the 2001 season to evaluate evaporation from the canopy floor. Plugs of vegetation and soil were extracted and placed in PVC caps. These were measured periodically to measure mass loss and this was equated to water loss and latent energy release. This was done several times during each day. Vegetation data are also given (Catharine Copass)
