"UCI_ACE1.TXT", a tab-delimited ASCII file.  The 
first column "UCI ID" is our sample number.  The first two digits 
indicate the ACE-1 C-130 flight number.

Regarding the data set,  several (well, 
maybe a dozen or so) pairs were not taken in the flights that the first 
two digits of the "UCI ID" column would lead one to believe.

To avoid any misunderstanding to anyone who you may distribute this 
information to, you can do one of two things:

1.  Point out that the first two digits of the UCI ID is not perfect
indicator of Flight, and merely identifies which 
date-time pairs we're talking about should there be questions; or,

2.  Delete that column out entirely before further distribution.

In any case, the date-time pairs themselves are o.k.
