readme.efm     Readme file for UAH XPR data

The UAH XPR data files are named YYYYMMDDx_hhmmss.scan, where:

YYYY      -> year
MM        -> month
DD        -> day
hh        -> Hour
mm        -> Minute
ss        -> Second
.scan	  -> File Type

Please Refer to uah-xpr_scan_file_description.txt for file structure

For PlOWS Data was recorded using the .4 microseconds
