This dataset contains S-band Polarimetric (S-Pol) refractivity data in NetCDF format from the Terrain-influenced Monsoon Rainfall Experiment (TiMREX).  

There are five variables in each NetCDF file: 
radar-retrieved refractivity (N), 
refractivity error (N_error), 
target quality (Quality), 
phase difference between the current phase and the reference phase (Diff Phase), 
and the smoothed phase difference (DifphaseFit). 

The dimension of each variable is 480 x 300.  
There are 480 azimuth angles with 0.75-degree intervals.  
There are 300 gates with 0.75 km intervals.   
The missing value is -9999. 
  
The location of the S-Pol radar during TiMREX/SoWMEX(2008) experiment is 
22.5267 N, 120.4335 E.
