File naming convention:
	ddmonyyyy.00:00-12:00.mrg.corrected.velocity.gif
	(can also be 12:00-24:00 for 12 hour period)

Description of file information:
	12 hour, radar, mean doppler fall velocity GIF images.
	Velocities measured in m/s with positive velocities towards
	the radar (down).
