RADAR, ETL Vertical Pointing; Final 12-hr Cloud Boundaries (ASCII)(Uttal)

File naming convention:
	ddmonyyyy.00:00-12:00.bnd.ascii.gz
	(can also be 12:00-24:00 for 12 hour period)
	NOTE: If .gz is present at end of files, they will have to
	be uncompressed using gunzip.

Description of file information:
	12 hour, cloud boundary ASCII files.

Contents:
	26 columns of data with rows in 10 second intervals.
	Columns: d1,d2,d3,d4,d5,d6,b1,t1,b2,t2,....,b10,t10.
	
	d1:  year (i.e. 1997)
	d2:  month (i.e. 11)
	d3:  day (i.e. 21)
	d4:  hour (i.e. 2)
	d5:  minute (i.e. 18)
	d6:  second (i.e. 40)
	b1:  1st cloud base in m, AGL.
	t1:  1st cloud top in m, AGL.
	b2:  2nd cloud base in m, AGL.
	t2:  2nd cloud top in m, AGL.
	bn,tn: nth bottom and top in m, AGL.
	
	NOTE: 1st cloud base/top is lowest cloud base/top.
