	Reasons for missing or bad data-
		1.  274, 1997 to 279, 1997- battery voltage not high enough to run TDR unit, battery 
					    low on water and mouse infestation at AC lines
		2.  322, 1997- battery voltage not high enough to run TDR unit, caused by bad connection 
			       between charger and battery
		3.  349, 1997 to 353, 1997- battery voltage not high enough to run TDR unit, caused 
					    by bad connection between charger and battery
		4.  357, 1997 to 364, 1997- battery voltage not high enough to run TDR unit, caused 
					    by bad connection between charger and battery during
					    installation of Campbell 615 soil moisture probes
		5.  45, 1998 to 46, 1998- battery voltage not high enough to run TDR unit, caused 
					  by bad connection between charger and battery
		6.  57, 1998 to 61, 1998- battery voltage not high enough to run TDR unit, caused 
					  by bad connection between charger and battery, connection
					  fixed for more perminent basis
