Processed data, which include two corrections, are included only for the 
IFP (Feb-April, 1999).  

The two corrections in the processed data are:
  1) Diffuse data are increased by 0%-4% to account for the blocking of diffuse
     sky radiation by the suntracker shading arm apparatus.
  2) Global (unshaded pyranometer) data are reduced by 2% to force an 
     average agreement with the more accurate diffuse+direct measurement.
