Description:

There are 15 files with names of the form "AODxx_yy", where xx corresponds 
to the month and yy is the day.  For each file, the first line gives
the  "Day  Month Year".  The two data of the second line are latitude 
and longitude  of Hulule International Airport. The 10 columns correspond 
to the UTC time of the measurement and the Aerosol Optical Depth for the 
five wavelengths  400  450  550  680  870 nanometers. The value
-9.9999 means optical depth greater than one corresponding to thick clouds.
