1.0  DATA SET OVERVIEW
     

This data set contains hourly resolution surface meteorological
data from the Northern Colorado Water Concervancy District weather
station network.  These 21 stations are located throughout northeastern
Colorado.  This data set covers the period from 1 May to 30 June 
2012.  These data were provided by the NCWCD and the data are in 
a comma-delimited ASCII format.  NCAR/EOL has conducted no processing
or quality control on these data and they are provided as is.

2.2  Station Locations

Full information on the NCWCD Network station locations is available from

of each station are available from the NCWCD_Station_Photos.pdf included
with your order.


3.0  DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING


No information is available on the processing conducted by NCWCD.

These data were obtained by NCAR/EOL from the NCWCD web site
(http://www.northernwater.org) on 25 July 2012 at ~15 UTC.

NCAR/EOL has conducted no processing or quality control on these data.
They are provided as-is.


4.0  DATA FORMAT


4.1  Data Format

These data are in a comma-delimited ASCII format.  Details on the format 
(parameters and units) are available in the header record of each data
file.

Each file contains data from all of May and June 2012 for a station.

4.2  File Naming Conventions

Files are named like 102_Loveland.csv where 102 is the station ID, 
Loveland is the station name and csv is the file extension.


5.0  DATA REMARKS


The NCWCD maintenance logs covering this period are in the file
NCWCD_Maint_Logs.pdf that is included with your order.

The NCWCD Data Policy specifies that users of these data agree to cite and
specifically acknowledge Northern Water as the source of such data in all
