EAOP 1999 Co-operative Agency Reservoir Dataset
                                   
     
     1.0  General Description
      
     The Co-operative Agency Reservoir dataset is one of various
  hydrological datasets provided for the Global Energy and Water 
  Cycle Experiment (GEWEX) Continental-scale International Project (GCIP) 
  Enhanced Annual Observing Period - 1999 (EAOP-99).  This dataset 
  contains reservoir data from 54 Co-operative Agency stations in 
  the EAOP domain.  This dataset covers the EAOP 1999 time period 
  (1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999) and for the EAOP 1999 
  domain. The EAOP 1999 domain is approximately 76W to 89W longitude 
  and 33N to 43N latitude. No additional quality control was performed 
  by the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/ Joint Office 
  for Science Support (UCAR/JOSS).
