ReadMe file for the Purdue mobile sounding team's uploaded data files.

Files are named in the following format: research.Purdue_sonde.yyymmddhhmmnn.skewt.txt 
*nn corresponds to the launch number for that operation day.

Soundings were observed with an iMet 3050 receiver.

The time stamps in each file are in one second intervals, and have been smoothed via iMet's software.

Data file contents:

Column 1: Time Stamp in HH:MM:SS UTC
Column 2: Temperature in Degrees Celsius
Column 3: Virtual Temperature in K
Column 4: Relative Humidity in %
Column 5: Smoothed Pressure in hPA
Column 6: Geopotential Height in meters
Column 7: RDF Elevation Angle in radians
Column 8: RDF Azimuth Angle in radians
Column 9: Wind Direction in radians
Column 10: Wind Speed in knots
Column 11: Slant Range in meters
Column 12: Slant Flags
Column 13: Latitude in degrees
Column 14: Longitude in degrees
Column 15: Raw Temperature in Degrees Celsius
Column 16: Geometric Height (GPS) in Meters (m MSL)
Column 17: Record Time in seconds
Column 18: Height Status

Important notes from select soundings:

05/23/13 - 3rd, 5th, and 6th soundings were into the updraft, and thus some of the data may be erroneous.

05/31/13 - First 3 soundings had some bad data that was deleted near the end of the observations
