readme.efm     Readme file for UAH EFM data

The UAH EFM data files are named mips_YYYYMMDD_efm.dat, where:

YYYY      -> year
MM        -> month
DD        -> day
efm.dat   -> EFM

A sample data line is given below:

2,33.981920,107.188130,2014,01,27,18,37,59,-0.681

The data file records, column by column, are:

2     ->  Latitude (Not Used)
3     ->  Longitude (Not Used)
4     ->  Year
5     ->  Month
6     ->  Day
7     ->  Hour (UTC)	
8     ->  Minute (UTC)
9     ->  Second (UTC)
10    ->  Electic Field (Kv/m)

Data is only collected when there is a change in the base state of the electric field. 
Data is collected at .1 sec intervals.
