ATLAS: SSWG Snow Melt Data This data set contains snow melt measurements from the Snow, Shrubs, and Weather Group at the Ivotuk site as part of the ATLAS project. Melt data and snow depth data were taken along the Outhouse to Otuk line in 1999 and 2000. See below for the investigator's notes. Met data and snow depth data along the Outhouse to Otuk line were taken intensively during the melt in 1999 and 2000 Met data was taken using a Campbell data logger and a series of thermistors. (Temp good to +-0.1—C) An RM Young anemometer was used to record wind speed. (m/sec) Depth was read daily on a series of stakes on the Otuk line.
