A problem was found in the S-Pol PECAN RHI scans for 1-17 June 2015.
These scans had earlier been re-processed from original time series
data to correct a beam-smearing problem.  During that re-processing,
the H and V powers were incorrectly swapped, resulting in bad values
for Zdr and PHIDP.

This problem has now been corrected in QC Ver2 (qcv2).  All scans,
even those that were not impacted, have been re-bundled during
creation of this newer data set.
