1.0 Data Set Overview:

Physical location (including lat/lon/elev) of the measurement or platform.
39.4081 / -99.8714 / USGS

This archive contains moment data from a C-band mobile radar.
Time coverage is indicated in the file and directory names, in
strings of form YYMMDDHHMMSS, giving year month day hour minute second
of first data in the directory or file.

The archive has a directory for each volume. A volume is a cycle of antenna
pointing angles. Each volume directory contains a set of sweep files.
A sweep is a set of rays with a common elevation (plan position indicator),
or a common azimuth (range height indicator).

In other words, paths have form:
pecan/SR1/20150606/SR1YYMMDDHHMMSS/swp.YYYMMDDHHMMSS.SMART-R?.SWEEP_ANGLE.MILLISEC_TASK_v001

where:
SR1 is the name of the directory for the radar.
20150606 is the name of the directory for this case.
SR1YYMMDDHHMMSS is the name of the directory for a volume.
swp.YYYMMDDHHMMSS.SMART-R?.SWEEP_ANGLE.MILLISEC_TASK_v001 is the name of a sweep
file, created by RadxConvert (see below).
