readme.efm     Readme file for UAH EFM data

The UAH EFM data files are named UAH_PECAN_IOPXX.efm, where:

XX        -> IOP Number
efm	  -> EFM

A sample data line is given below:

23:04:57,+0.18,0

The data file records, column by column, are:

COLUMN    VARIABLE
-------------------------------------
1     ->  Time (UTC)
2     ->  Field Strength (Kv/m))
3     ->  Constant (Not Used)

Data is collected at 20 measurements per sec

**EFM was not grounded during PECAN other than to the MIPS**
