Title: Vertical velocity observations (1-s resolution) from Doppler lidar in the CLAMPS (MP-1)

The Doppler lidar in the CLAMPS facility makes an 8-point VAD every 2 minutes, with 1-s vertical wind obserations in between.  These data are the 1-s vertical stares.  Positive values indicate mmotion away (upward) from the trailer.
