PECAN RaXPol README -- ZBW 07/16

Data in this folder were collected by RaXPol during the PECAN 2015
field campaign. Below are a few notes regarding the data:

1.) Data are provided in both cfradial (nc) and DORADE (swp) formats.

2.) Folders are organized by the date on which the IOP was called (for
example, if IOP #1 was called at 3 pm on 1 June, the data from that
night's IOP are organized under '060115' [Note: mmddyy format] even
though the data were likely collected after 00z on 2 June). For days
with multiple deployments, sweep files are organized by deployment
number (D1, D2, etc.). Please reference the list of corresponding
RaXPol deployment times and locations.

3.) Data collected on June 1 through June 4 suffered from a
computer/pedestal communication issue and are subject to missing
radials. During the span from June 5 through June 19, RaXPol was
forced to return to OU for repair and did not collect data.
