The soundings are in BUFR format. It's been tested with pybufrkit
with no issues.
The variables are in mks units and until the balloon exploded
every 2 seconds.
The data is given as it was received at the station, so no quality
control on them. It was seen in some files that the last
recieved data is wrong.

The filenames are based on the launching time of the sounding.
e.g.

XXXXX_YYYYMMDDTHHMMSSZ.BUFR

where XXXXX is the WMO station number. The dates and times are in UTC.

The available dates range from October 30th to January 31st.
