sampling of Wbber's IBP plots at Barrow in 1975 and 2000.

The following prefixes have been used to designate data type.
   str - indicates string (text) data
   dtm - indicates date time data
   num - indicates numeric data
   mem - indicates memo data


FIELD DESCRIPTIONS for <1975-00 Webber RATE Plot Info Atqasuk.txt>
strPlotId     - tag label for plot installed in 1975 and 1998.
numLatDeg     - GPS Latitude Degrees.
numLatMMmmm   - GPS Latitude Decimal Minutes
numLonDeg     - GPS Longitude Degrees.
numLonMMmmm   - GPS Longitude Decimal Degrees.
dtmMeas00     - Date plot was sampled in 2000.
dtmMeas75     - Date plot was sampled in 1975.
memComments   - Comments on sampling of plot in 2000.



NOTE
Brian Noyle and Bob Hollister collected plot  and GPS information. Craig      
Tweedie collated 1975, 1998 and 2000 data and performed data entry, quality   
checking and management.

GPS locations were collected prior to Selective Availability being removed    
from the public GPS domain.

strPlotIdOld data was used for management of all sampling data (see reference 
below).
